Culminari for Veterans is a retirement income projection tool for U.S. veterans and military retirees. It uses published government formulas to project VA disability compensation (including dependent additions and age-out timelines), Social Security benefits, Medicare costs, VGLI premiums, and property tax exemptions. The App runs entirely on your device and makes no network connections.
The App provides mathematical projections based on published government rate tables and formulas. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Projections are estimates — not guarantees or predictions.
The projections in this App are not a substitute for professional financial planning. Consult a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney for advice specific to your situation. Catalem LLC is not a financial institution, investment advisor, tax preparer, or legal services provider.
The App does not evaluate, recommend, or endorse any course of action. It shows you the math — you decide what to do with it.
The App uses data published by the VA, SSA, CMS, IRS, and state agencies. While we strive for accuracy:
The App projects benefits based on the rating you enter. It does not evaluate, validate, or determine your rating or eligibility. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
All data is stored on your device only. Catalem LLC never receives, accesses, or stores your data. You are responsible for device security and input accuracy. See our Privacy Policy.
The App's design, code, interface, and documentation are owned by Catalem LLC. The reference data compilation is separately owned and licensed to Catalem LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Catalem LLC does not warrant the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalem LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including financial losses, missed benefits, incorrect projections, or decisions based on the App's output. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catalem LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
The App may be updated via the App Store. Updates may include revised rates, features, or fixes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
You may stop using the App by deleting it. Catalem LLC may discontinue the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively heard in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Catalem LLC regarding the App.
