This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Catalem LLC ("Licensor") for Culminari for Veterans ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple Media Services Terms. You may not distribute or make the App available over a network for simultaneous multi-device use.

The App is a mathematical projection tool. It applies published government formulas to your inputs to generate estimates. It does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Projections are estimates based on current rates and assumed growth. Actual results will vary.
Catalem LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, tax preparer, or legal services provider. Nothing in the App constitutes a recommendation to act or refrain from acting regarding your benefits, finances, or taxes.
You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on the App's output. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.
The App uses data from the VA, SSA, CMS, IRS, and state agencies. The data vintage is shown in Settings. We make reasonable efforts toward accuracy but do not guarantee data is complete, current, or error-free. Government agencies may change rates at any time. The App is updated periodically via the App Store.
Culminari for Veterans is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the VA, SSA, DoD, or any government agency. Government program names are used descriptively only.
All data is stored on your device only. Catalem LLC never receives or stores your data. See the Privacy Policy.
The App and its contents — source code, UI, visual assets, documentation, and compiled reference data — are the property of Catalem LLC or its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark laws. The reference data compilation is separately owned and licensed to Catalem LLC under a formal data license agreement.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Catalem LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalem LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of profits, data, benefits, or other intangible losses. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
The App is distributed via the Apple App Store, subject to Apple Media Services Terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it upon your acceptance.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically upon non-compliance. Upon termination, cease use and delete all copies. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this EULA shall be exclusively heard in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
Catalem LLC may update this EULA. Changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
